📦 Boitoi Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Boitoi delivers to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Pre-orders or made-to-order items follow their respective timelines mentioned on product pages.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–9 business days

Note: Timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or external disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Boitoi’s total shipping charge includes:

  • Shipping Cost
  • Convenience Fee
  • Handling Fee

The final shipping and packing cost will be calculated at the checkout page based on destination, order weight, and dimensions.

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cash / Pay on Delivery

A flat COD charge of ₹59 will apply. COD is available only in selected serviceable locations.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS/email. You can also track your order using the Track Order page with your Order ID or AWB number.

7. Return to Origin (RTO) & Reshipping

  • If returned due to incorrect address, invalid number, or false info provided by the customer:
    • You will be charged twice the original shipping cost.
    • before reshipping.
  • Reshipping charges may be waived only if the issue is from Boitoi or courier side.

8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 45 days.
  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes must be paid by the customer.
  • No refund will be issued for international Return to Origin (RTO) cases.
  • Customers must ensure accurate shipping information for international delivery.

9. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We use secure, recyclable, and eco-conscious packaging to ensure product safety and reduce environmental impact.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Notify us within 48 business hours of delivery.
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
  • Our team will scrutinize the video to decide eligibility for replacement or refund.
  • Claims without valid visual proof may be declined under our Return & Refund Policy.
