Boitoi Return & Refund Policy
At Boitoi, we work hard to deliver quality products safely to your doorstep. Please read our updated return, exchange, and refund terms carefully before placing your order.
General Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in the same condition as delivered – unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return/refund requests must be raised:
- Within 2 days of delivery for Books & Crafts (fragile items).
- Within 7 days of delivery for Clothing & Merchandise.
- Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any refund or return. Requests without unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
- Returns without prior approval via info@boitoi.in will not be accepted.
Special Condition for Books & Fragile Items
- No returns will be initiated for books or fragile items unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If a customer still insists on returning such items without valid reasons, both forward and reverse courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us at info@boitoi.in within the applicable return period along with your unboxing video.
- If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the product back as per the given instructions.
- After inspection, we’ll confirm whether your return/exchange is accepted.
⚠️ Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible. Our inspection team’s decision will be final.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only for the deal price of the product.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch will incur a 3% transaction processing fee.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a 3% transaction fee + forward and reverse shipping charges.
- Refund for unavailability: If we’re unable to dispatch your order within 60 working days, an automatic refund will be initiated. If both sides agree, this dispatch/refund timeline may be shortened or extended. Refund amount will be the deal price + shipping fee for prepaid orders, and only the deal price / paid (partial) amount for partially paid orders.
- Delivery charges, COD charges, and courier charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to your bank account within 7–14 business days after approval.
- For prepaid orders – refund is processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders – customers must provide valid bank details.

Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. In case of defective, damaged, or wrong items, you must report the issue within the respective return period along with the unboxing video.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom/personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items & gift cards
- Books and other fragile items (unless damaged/defective/wrong product)
Exchanges
Customers may request exchanges within the applicable return period (2 days for Books & Crafts, 7 days for Clothing & Merchandise). Exchange is allowed for size/color issues or defective items. Shipping costs may apply in certain cases.

📚 Books

- 7-Day Free Returns & Exchange

🎨 Crafts (Fragile Items)
- No returns unless damaged/defective/wrong item delivered.
- Return request must be raised within 2 days with unboxing video.
- If customer insists on returning without valid reason, courier charges apply (forward & reverse).
🛍️ Merchandise
- 7-Day Free Returns & Exchange
- Eligible for replacement/refund in case of damage, defect, or wrong item.
- Must be returned in original packaging with tags and accessories.
- Unboxing video mandatory for claim.
